Teresa O’Connell is editorial director of Are We Europe, a nonprofit media to diversify and innovate the European media space.

As a writer and editor, she has collaborated with media and cultural organisations across Europe.

She also lectures on media, storytelling and journalism. She focuses on medium to long-form, in-depth narrative journalism that explore the connections between personal stories and global issues from an intersectionality approach across different media.
