Noorwali Khpalwak

Noorwali was the Director General of Information, Radio and TV at the National Assembly of Afghanistan where he managed a team of 100 people to ensure media coverage of the National Assembly's objectives. During this year, he expanded the broadcasting capabilities of the Radio and TV from 10 hours to 24 hours a day. Before joining the National Assembly, Noorwali Khpalwak worked for a long time at Spogmai Radio and Kabul News TV as a producer and presenter of political and election programs. He later joined the Inde-pendent Electoral Commission (IEC) first as Commissioner and Deputy of the Media Committee and then the following year as Chief of Staff. Regarding his academic background, Noorwali first obtained a bachelor's degree in political science from Chaudhary Charan Singh University in India, and then a master's degree in international relations from the University of Afghanistan in Kabul.
