Felke Catharina
Investigative Reporter, NDR/ARD
Catharina Felke is an investigative journalist focused on working with freedom of information requests and data as well as doing digital research. She is part of the investigative unit at German public broadcaster NDR/ARD where she revealed TikTok’s word-filtering practices, and tracked Russian assets around the world. Before that, she covered voter access during the U.S. election in 2020; this team effort received a 2021 George Foster Peabody Award. In 2018, she graduated from the Lede Program for data journalism at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York City.
