It’s nearly time! From September 25–27, we’ll be meeting at Peiraios 260 in Athens for our 7th edition of iMEdD’s International Journalism Forum, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you.
Whether you’re attending for the first time or returning for another edition, we’ve put together a quick guide with all the key info to make your experience as smooth and meaningful as possible.

📝 Registration & Entrance
- Registration is free and we highly recommend registering online in advance to save time! Make sure to present your QR code (received after your online registration) to access the venue.
- Sessions are first-come, first-served, so be early to secure your spot.
The Forum is open to journalists (students and professionals), media experts, and anyone interested in journalism.
⏰ Event Dates & Times
The Forum kicks off on September 25 with our first open session: “Navigating the Age of Doubt” at 6 PM.
Badge pickup and registration will begin at 5 PM.
Earlier in the day, three international closed meetings by the European Press Prize, the European Data Journalism Network and the Reference Circle, will take place, along with the UNCOVERED Conference, which required separate registration and is now fully booked.
On September 26, the program runs from 10 AM–8 PM, with badge pickup and registration starting at 9 AM.
On September 27, the program runs from 10 AM–7 PM, with badge pickup and registration also starting at 9 AM.

💡 Agenda

- Most sessions will be in English except from the sessions: “Covering the Greek Mafia” and “Reporting of Tempi train crash: A constant challenge for journalists” that will be in Greek.
- Simultaneous English-Greek interpretation and sign language interpretation will be available for all sessions via headsets.
- Also, we have two clinics this year: Narrative Podcast Production by Radio Workshop and IT & Security by Arena for Journalism in Europe. Radio Workshop is already full, but there are still spaces for Arena’s clinic. Check availability and book here.

While sessions won’t be streamed live this year, don’t worry!
- All sessions (except workshops) will be recorded and available to watch shortly after the event at youtube.com/imeddgreece.
- Additional content like interviews and highlight videos will be released soon after at lab.imedd.org
