New Date: 5 - 9 October 2022
5 days where international organisations, members of the journalism and student community come together to share experiences, opinions and knowledge.
Now in its fourth year, iMEdD returns with an expanded and renewed annual event, placing the issue of trust in journalism at the heart of the event in an effort to look deeper into the causes, effects, and possible ways to regain public trust. International Journalism Week will take place from 5 to 9 October 2022 with a physical presence and the venue will be announced soon on the official website of the event.
Renowned Greek and international speakers, journalists, media professionals, and - for the first time - the public, take their place and share their experiences. Training, Inspiration, and Interaction will be the main axes running through the Week, with the European Press Prize Community Event 2022 unfolding on the last day - Sunday 9 October. Numerous workshops, keynote speeches, panel discussions, case studies, special screenings, and other activities will enrich the five-day program.
Particular emphasis will be placed on the participation of journalistic organizations and independent media from Greece and abroad, who will attend the "Media Village" of the event, and present their work and vision through dedicated sessions.
Online registration is required for participation. Registration will start soon at https://forum.imedd.org. Participation is free of charge.
This is a Matter of Trust.
