The countdown is on! With the iMEdD International Journalism Forum 2024 just around the corner, we cannot wait to bring together a vibrant community of journalists, storytellers, media experts for a dynamic exchange of ideas and collaboration. Below, you will find everything you need to know to ensure you fully enjoy the event!
Arrival at the venue

Registration & Entrance
- Registration is free, and we encourage you to register online in advance. On-site registration will also be available.
- Remember to present the QR code you received during online registration to enter. You will receive your badge at the entrance.
- Access to sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Agenda
- Check out the schedule featuring panels, workshops, keynotes, case studies, and more!
- Sessions will run from 10 AM to 7 PM (EET) for all three days.
- Most sessions will be in English, with simultaneous English-Greek interpretation available via headphones and in Greek sign language.
Media Village
Step into the heart of the Forum, at the Media Village, where 18 leading Greek and international journalistic organizations will be showcasing their groundbreaking work. It is the perfect place to network, discover new projects, and spark collaborations!
Exhibition & Installation
Do not miss out on the exciting exhibition and installation presented during the Forum from September 26 to 28.
Special Highlight: On September 26th, join us for a guided tour of the photographic exhibition hosted by its curator, the internationally renowned photographer Ron Haviv.
Live Streaming and On-Demand Content
- Can’t make it in person? No worries! You can catch all the action live via forum.imedd.org
- All sessions in the Main Hall will be live-streamed at forum.imedd.org.
- Recorded sessions (excluding workshops) will be available on demand shortly after the Forum.
Lunch, Dinner & Drinks
- Start your day right: Enjoy coffee and snacks available throughout the day.
- Midday recharge: Lunch will be served daily from 2 PM to 3:30 PM, with vegetarian options.
- Evening vibes: Join us for evening networking at 7 PM in the Yard, with refreshing drinks and tasty finger food while diving into lively conversations about the day’s highlights.
