What Have We Done?
World Press Photo’s 70-year anniversary teaser exhibition
To mark its 70th anniversary, World Press Photo presents What Have We Done?, an exhibition curated by artist and photographer Cristina de Middel.
Drawing from the organisation's extensive archive spanning seven decades, the exhibition explores the remarkable images produced by journalists often working under very challenging circumstances. It also takes a critical look at the archive itself, confronting the unintended consequences of editorial choices, whether shaped by assumptions or the omission of certain voices.
Join us for a walking tour of What Have We Done?, where we will explore visual patterns in the World Press Photo archive and together reflect on how its past might inform new ways of telling stories in the future.
Walking tours will be offered at the following times:
Sept 26: 14:30-15:00, 17:00-17:30
Sept 27: 17:00-17:30
